Koctas - membership required?

Good morning, all.
I've found a number of goods on the Koctas website, but it appears I may need a membership, much like a Costco or Sam's Warehouse.

Is that right? Do I need a membership to purchase from Koctas? Any feedback on whether I (Johnny Foreigner) can join? Any feedback on your experiences with them?

It's owned by the Kingfisher Group, who also own B&Q and Screwfix. Anyone can shop there. The advantage of registering as a member is that there are further discounts to be had.
