Have just seen that Thomas Cook are flying out from Luton 4 times a week as from May 2018. Am sure this is a new route? They don't seem to have taken the Monarch slots though as they leave Luton at 7 am in the morning and leave Dalaman mid afternoon. May be worth a look?
