I can see lots of old stuff about stickers on windscreens, I went to the PTT today to pre-pay for tolls, was given a card (20TL charge), and I can check on their system and can see that the additional 50TL I paid has been registered against my number plate, but no sticker - are they now using number plate recognition rather than stickers? Should I have been given a sticker, but wasn't?
Anyone know? Thanks
