you will get an apartment for your budget, the prices up here are holding as there are a lot of people from Istanbul buying.

Must say that we have seen some great properties for our budget, including a 2 bed stone house and a detached 2 bed bungalow in quite a large plot of land, but as our sale has stalled!!!!!! We were unable to complete on any of them. But have been really surprised how low some of the prices have been. There are some very cheap properties out there at the moment.

I like this one,http://www.rightmove.co.uk/overseas-property/property-61810112.html. Ilhan at Select property is really good too.

We had a look there in May and walked past this one, It was very central. Its been for sale for well over a year now and the price has not reduced. However we feel that we would be happier nearer Fethiye.

Lots of none Brits buying in the Fethiye area and we were surprised that two houses near us were sold for the asking price.   We had an Estate Agent coming to our place asking if we knew of any houses for sale in our area.
Seems he has customers waiting.
However, there seems to be a lot of property at very cheap prices in Uzumlu possibly becasue people do want to live down near Fethiye and not so far up in a mountain area.
