I saw them too Bee. They look just the same.
My bro in law brought his own over to make their cocktails.
He gave us 6 left over which are now juiced and frozen in case I find the rest of the ingredients needed for a Thai nosh up.

Bought one last year in Koycegiz market right at the back of the market. Limes on the trees so genuine buy.

brought some back from india over 4 years ago. turned out the size of gooseberrys. but they were limes.

Still not scrumped any to confirm but look like limes on Baros Manco in garden with wall that's not been repaired in 2 years.

Is that a type of orange/mandarin?  Never heard of them before d they look like the fruit I crave for my G&T's.  Juicy and bitter

Sorry...Sometimes I cant remember the English names... They're like satsumas/ tangerines.
They're not bitter. There's another type Turunc but not usually at the market but on trees here and there.

Not just Migros - the price of both limes and lemons have jumped significantly this year in countries that have to import them.  Various reasons but mainly due to poor harvests caused by weather, especially in Spain (one of the largest producers) where harvests are 35% down on last year.
