The TT office in Fethiye is not open on a Saturday. And it might as well not be open during the rest of the week for all the help you get from the miserable sods who work there. The TTNET shops are open, but offer a limited service.
If you have a fault or want to ask something, best to use the online service or call their phone service and select english.
