Coaches need some players to hold their positions and do it for the team - Milner does that - we can't have a team of Sterlings!

As well as holding his position, would it also be possible for him to pass to players in his team, or to do those crosses, you know - the ones that don't end up going out for a throw in, or deep into the crowd behind the goal.
