Turkey extends E-Visa switch over to 31st Dec 2014
« on: March 04, 2014, 15:52:44 PM »
Reported in today's Fethiye Times that visitors arriving without a valid E-Visa will be able to purchase one at special E-Visa kiosks located at ports of entry such as Dalaman,Bodrum and Antalya A/P
E-Visa will cost 20USD so visitors should ensure that they have a valid credit/debit card that is able to make the foreign currency payments to buy as E-Visa if they arrive in Turkey without one.

So, how many Brits, I wonder, can make U.S. Dollar payments with their debit/credit card ?? Maybe Loz & I can, I don't know, & could care less. It's very interesting that this rumour states that it is being suspended, but Turkey will still be taken £20, instead of £10.00.

An e-Visa obtained prior to departure will cost 20$. An e-Visa obtained on arrival in Turkey will cost 30$.

Robbing gits! £20 on arrival is a complete rip off.

Only good thing is if you can get two visits in its not too bad.

E visa it is then.

Yes, read this a while ago and obviously because it costs more at the airport, people are encouraged to get their visa onlne.
