Well on Facebook it will pick up the heading and get more publicity.  I for one would hate to be in this position as a seller, and hope this warns other of the dangers,

:) Hi folks, in regards to all the issues with the sale of this property, Firstly I would like to point out that the Sale has completed and we have got our money.  Yes we may have been trusting, but we knew of others who purchased through the business without any problems, Our own family included.  There was issues with the deeds, but this wasn't Oceanwide who did this it was made clear this wasn't down to the estate agent it was others involved where the problem lied and Oceanwide did work very hard to help get this resolved.  I would like to put a heartfelt thank you to Linda and everyone else for there help and feedback.  The property that went missing was down to the previous buyer and we were at fault for that as we allowed them to have the keys due to them being patient, however they lost patience in the end and that was our fault not anyone else so please no accusations of theft this was not the case they were preparing to move into the property and getting things cleaned, they were asked repeatedly to return them, but difficult when not out there to push getting them back.

So all is well and we have learnt a lot from this and once again thank you for everyones input.

Is Ocean Wide the company now being run by one Ali Bozkurt?  If so I am very happy to tell what I know about him as it will help others. He used to run the Almina hotel on the canal.
