Well Done Us!

From the opening ceremony to last night's closing ceremony I've been absolutely hooked.  I've laughed, cried and shouted along  with millions of others and really surprised myself how emotional I've been.

Well done and thank you to all the athletes who took part, everyone involved in the organisation, volunteers and armed forces.  It's been a brilliant two weeks!

Still being off work nursing a broken foot and climbing the walls, the Olympics was not only a truly amazing event, it has helped me keep my sanity over the last couple of weeks ! - Well done to all, athletes, organisers, performers, and a massive well done to the volunteers !, they say pride is a sin, but proud to be British the past two weeks !!!

Agreed, what a wonderful 2 weeks, my daughter was lucky enough to be in the Olympic stadium on super Saturday & she said how emotional it was.

I agree - it was fantastic and made even better by the BBC and the little red button. Who knows in four years we might have holograms of the athletes running through our lounge
