It is against CBF rules to post your email address or personal phone number. This is not in the interests of the forum, this has been an attempt to prevent problems for the poster.
From today we cannot be bothered to keep editing them out (unless you are posting someone else's without their permission). This is a busy and public website and your email address and mobile number WILL be harvested by automated systems for dubious reasons. I only ask that if you do, please accept that the thousands of junk emails and numerous marketing/crank phone calls weren't our fault, that was caused by you.
