From that I know exactly where you are Piscoe  :)

Before the roads were block paved your neighbour used to stand at the front of his garden to inhale as much dust as he could when cars went past at more than 3 mph, then shout at them and wave his fist a lot. This was how he passed his time between telling you he wanted to sell his house, then putting the price up twenty grand each time you had someone who was interested.

I'm right aren't I :D

Ah you know him so well !!

He has been a bit better this year since the guy who does our garden (a huge bloke!) threatened to knock his block off.

I hear he has decided to put the price up another £10k because someone expressed an interest at his already ridiculously inflated price.

I guess he will be my neighbour a while yet then:(
