It could be a turkish april fools joke?Im out next week for 75 days so i will phone the turkish embassey on tuesday to get this comfired if it is right or wrong.If its right then its two trips to meis as i dont think that the airlines will change the flight dates.

Maybe we could keep this topic going forever, by getting one person to ask if it is true, then the next confirm it's an old rumour, then back to someone asking if it is true, and so on from there.

Hi keith, I thought you liked an open forum!!!!!!! this is what you get rumour upon rumour! maybe we should have an egon Roney type of check,ie if you cant prove it before you post,dont post a guess,or a feeling in your water,or what someone else told you. Check before you POST, maybe with a three or four point check,but whatever stop these silly stories going round and round!!!!!!!

To stop all the mad blind panic I read about the 30 day visa on another forum but did'nt bat an eyelid as the date was April 1st.

Four pages on and we are no further on in terms of the accuracy or otherwise for the status of the visa. I am suggesting that this is locked, if only temporallily, until there is something resembling a fact to report.
