Trouble is you're dealing with a machine  >:(  so I would try applying with your old address as your details seem to have been saved.  Good Luck - so frustrating

Tried that Bluwise, no luck.  The problem is that after entering all the first part of the application, it comes up with "Your application has been successful" but still doesn't send me an e-mail so that I can get onto the next part.  SCREAM!!
