We have our house insurance with Baris and have not found any fault at all with him. In fact he renews our insurance and we just pay him at the earliest opportunity the next time we are out. A couple of years ago our roof was blown off in a storm and he paid out very quickly the full amount asked for with no excess on the payout.
The only down side is that I agree that he can be a little difficult to get a hold of. Mary
