hi, for my food tech GCSE i have chosen to do turkish dishes and i was wondering if any one could give me a few traditional turkish recipes please, thanks

Try Binnur's Turkish Cookbook.
It's a free online book with many good recipes.

If however you are cooking in the UK sadly the vegetables just wont taste the same......

I am a fan of Binur as well, lots of recipes and authentic.
Su burek are very popular in my household.

I bought a fabulous Turkish recipe book, in full colour, from the Works last weekend.  It was £1.99 !!!!   :)
