Just wondering if anybody has received their refund from XL airlines when they went bump last year?
Here is a quote from the Civil Aviation Authority:
'As of week ending 23 January the CAA has received 48,861 claims and has paid out over £10.3M to customers that held advanced bookings with the XL Leisure Group's four tour operators.'
Unfortunateley my refund is not included in that £10m!
